The Wisdom (Al-Ḥikmah) is from the Qur’an Alone.

And indeed, [O Muhammad], you receive the Qur’an from one Wise and Knowing. (Qur’an 27:6)

alif lām mīm, These are verses of the wise Book, (Qur’an 31-1-2)

yā sīn, By the wise Qur’an (Qur’an 36:1-2)

The Qur’an Alone contains the Wisdom that is all Deen-related, that which is of core importance.

Ḥukm (حُكم) is of the same root as Ḥikmah and Ḥakeem, and it generally means Judgements, Judgements only come from Allah, and are only in the Qur’an because only the Qur’an comes from Allah through His Rasul, Nabi Muḥammad (Peace be upon him).

Have they not seen that We set upon the land, reducing it from its borders? And Allah judges; there is no adjuster of His judgement. And He is swift in account. (Qur’an 13:41)

[Say], “Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail?” And those to whom We [previously] gave the Scripture know that it is sent down from your Lord in truth, so never be among the doubters. (Qur’an 6:114)
